During the 2025 Ice Hockey World Championship in Herning, we’ve extended our opening hours on game days to better serve fans and visitors.

💬 How many people can you accommodate?
We’re one of the best restaurants in Herning for large groups. Whether you’re 10, 20, or even 30+ people, we’ve got the space – indoors or outdoors. We of course have lots of room for smaller tables too, and you can book a table online, here.

💬 Do you only serve steaks?
Definitely not. We’re more than a steakhouse. Our menu includes juicy burgers, BBQ ribs, fresh salads, slow-cooked stews, plus milkshakes, cocktails, and beers from our full bar.

💬 Are you open for lunch?
No, we don’t open for lunch — we focus on evenings when the grill’s hot and the mood’s right. We open at 4:00PM (16.00)

💬 Are you a fine dining restaurant?
Nope – we’re Dirty Ranch. We serve high-quality steaks, great wines, cocktails, and crazy shakes in a relaxed, loud, and judgment-free atmosphere – expect rock music, big portions, and good times. It’s not fine dining – it’s real dining, the Dirty Ranch way.
💬 What time do you close?
Our kitchen takes last orders at 9:00 PM (21:00). That’s the latest time you can book a table. Want to eat later? Give us a call – we might be able to keep the grill going if you’re quick.
The restaurant closes when the last guests leave – which means our bar stays open late. No pressure, no rush. Take your time.
💬 Do I need to book a table?
Yes – we strongly recommend booking, especially on: match days, before or after major events at Jyske Bank Boxen, Fridays & Saturdays
